It started with a supply chain that was not working for anyone.
Smallholder farmers across Nigeria were producing consistently but selling inconsistently, at the mercy of middlemen who controlled both price and timing. Restaurants and hotels were stitching supply together from small, unpredictable sources. We built the team that aggregates, quality-checks and delivers, so both sides get certainty.

Then we saw the same waste one step away from the farm.
